Follow Your Gut

How often have you heard that statement? How often do you make a decision based on your “gut” feel?

Did you realize, according to www.mercola.com, if your gut were laid out flat, it would measure two tennis courts? Pretty impressive, isn’t it! So, how do we protect our gut? There are some schools of thought that your immune system is based in your gut. If they were correct, would it make sense that if you fix your diet, you might also improve your gut? If you improve your gut, is it possible that you might develop a stronger immune system? If your immune system became stronger, is it possible you might feel better and fight off disease more effectively or quicker?
