What did we feed our families today? Did we give our kids caffeine? What nutrition did that provide to them? Did we give them sugar water that could promote tooth decay (maybe without really even seeing the connection)? Did we give them sugar, or artificial sugar, and if so, how did that help balance the naturally occurring chemicals in their body? Are we aware of what we are feeding our families…or, are we just too busy?
There is a lot of controversy out there. There is a lot of conflicting information. At the end of the day, what we can control are the choices we make for our children and our families. We can control what is in our pantries.
