Can Food and “Super Exercise” Help Your Relationship?

According to Dr. Gray in the movie Venus on Fire: Mars on Ice – Hormonal Balance – the Key to Life, Love and Energy, it can. The movie goes on to share various dietary solutions to balancing hormones and reducing inflammation, such as Omega 3 flax seeds. The movie says according to a study at Harvard, egg yolks won’t hurt cholesterol in the body. We need fat to make hormones. Acai berries raise metabolism. Stevia, a natural sweetener, helps to stabilize blood sugar and coconut oil can’t be stored on the body as fat, so he recommends 2 TBSP of coconut oil if one is trying to lose weight.

He finishes the program by sharing that only 10% of our population go to the gym, so some ways you can “super exercise” include pulsating, stretching the spine (which moves fluids), and getting super sleep (sit in the bathtub for 40 minutes before bed).

I really enjoyed this video class and would recommend it.
