Who Was Ann Wigmore?

I am driven by a lesson I learned early in life. Diagnosed with a virus in which the doctors had no cure, I was exposed to a world I did not know existed. As I searched how to rebuild my immune system naturally, I overcame my illness—and learned so much along the way.

I learned about “the mother of living foods,” Ann Wigmore back in the 1980’s. My understanding is that she suffered from colon cancer, arthritis, migraine’s, and grey hair in her twenty’s and learned the value of wheatgrass—and natural healing—as a result. She started several health ranches to teach people how to heal naturally. Dr. Brian Clement, of Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida, as well as other clinics, continue her work.
